My pse's bow poundage is changed by turning the limb bolt in or out. It says before making any changes turn the limb bolt clockwise until it no longer moves (so that you can make sure you never turn it more than 4 turns out. It says not to over tork the bolts when turning them in, but how do i tell when it is all the way tightend down? the last thing i want is to overtigten this and ruin the bolt and limb.

My advice would be if you have to ask this question take it somewhere. Although I think you would have turn it pretty darn hard to strip one out. That is the only thing they are worried about. Since these things are made out of aluminum they don't want you stripping a limb bolt out. You should be able to tell when it bottoms out pretty easily. If you don't feel you are that mechanically inclined just take it to a shop and have them show you. It's better than ruining your bow.

You know what? Take an allen wrench and give it a try. Believe me, you'll know when the bolts are bottomed out. This stuff isn't rocket science. If you can figure out how to brush your teeth you can do this.
