Move your nocking point up or down to correct it if center shot is correctly set.

Also what arrow spine are you shooting?

That 340 size may be a bit overspined. I know that most bows like the MM VFT like a stiffer spine but I am shooting the 340s with a 68 lb draw weight and a 30.5 inch draw length (100 grain point). If you can get your hands on a 400 size Beman then give it a whirl and see if it changes anything. You could also go the less expensive route and just get some heavier field points to weaken the spine of those 340s.

That is, ofcourse, if spine is the issue.

i'm guessing this is a vertical nock travel issue, which bowtech is famous for. really there is nothing you can do except back out one of your limb bolts a half turn or so. if the bottom one makes it worse put it back and do it to the top one. you'll lose a few pounds, but you'll get tuned. if you're already backed out on both of them you can try turning one of them in a half. good luck. me, i just live with a nock high tear. it doesn't bother me at all.

been having some tuning issues also with a bowtech mighty mite 03, to get it paper tuned my nock is 1/8+ below center, with a whisker biscuit, 340 easton excel, 68lbs, and 30" draw.

340 spine wouldn't shoot bullet holes out of my MM either. I am almost certian it is your arrow spine.

It isn't a big deal as long as the tear isnt excessive (more than a quater inch or so) and they shoot and group well.
Good luck.
