i am doing alot of shooting lately to get ready for oct 1st - i've been out of the game for a while! anyway, after about 3-4 shots the string twists(i guess ) and i get a string in my field of view through the middle of my peep! i can move my nock loop back around and solve the problem, but 3 more shots and its back!! is this normal?is there something i can do? do i just have to live with it?

Bigpapa, said it. However, this close to season I would just put one on with a tube aligner (I hate those things). After season get a Fletcher True Peep and put it in. Play with it, TRAIN your string and it should came back all lined up. While your at it get yourself a prestretched string from some place like Prostrings. After they break in after about a hundred shots you don't have to worry about your peep rotating on the draw.

Your problem is not with the peep. The problem is you are using the loop to align your peep which is not a bullet proof way of getting a peep to align. The loop is changing its orientation on the string after you shoot a few shots. The string cannot stretch that quick for it to be the string. The loop needs to be positioned where it sits straight back from the arrow and the string needs to be taken off the cam and twisted either left or right depending on which way the peep needs to turn. This is the only way to insure consistent peep rotation. More info here... http://www.yorkcountybowmen.com/peep_rotation.htm
