Default String Question

I had got my cam module installed and draw length set. I checked the draw poundage. The draw is 60lbs. but I had a new sting and buss cable installed. Now I checked my poundage it is 55lbs and only makes it to 65lbs. The bow came spec at 74lbs from bear with about a 1/8th adjustment to go. Now it's maxed at 65lbs. Could the shop have put the wrong string on and will this hurt the bow. The draw length seams right. No more than maybe 1/2 in off. It's buckmaster g2xl. with 27in draw. The limbs look seated properly any suggestions??? It is a zebra string.

Thanks,
Jeff

Default RE: String Question

Without seeing it I would assume the string and and or cables are to long. Measure the axle to axle length and brace height and compair them to the factory specs.

Default RE: String Question

I took it back to the shop today and the measure the string and said it was the wrong size. Hope I get it back before season.

Thanks,
Jeff
