No $hit! Index finger, Thumb trigger, pinky trigger...doesn't matter..If there's a trigger I can punch it! [:@]
For me it depends on the release aid, since I use a few. I generally prefer the second crease (from the tip of the finger), but I have my Short & Sweet set-up for first crease currently and it's working fine.
