Whats wrong here
Ive got two bows out of my arsenal that for some reason my 20 yard sight pin is so extremely low that I cant adjust hardly at all to use a 30/40 yd pin. Is it my anchoring point- could be the sight itself? ( I use Cobra sights on 5 of 6 bows) I mean my 20 yd pin is almost at the bottom adjustment. Does this make sense the way Ive worded it.

RE: Whats wrong here
If the bow sight has a "gang" adjustment lower the whole site housing.
Center your 20 yard pin dead center of the housing. Then use the gang adjustment to sight in the 20 yard pin. After it is set, go onto 30, 40 etc.
Most shots are around 20 yards so when you hit your anchor you want to be already looking through your peep and through your 20 yard pin and concentrating on your target, not lining up your peep with your pin.
If you have no gang adjustment, I guess uhhhh.... Just ignore me

Your anchor point and peep sight position is what determines where your bow sight ends up. Just out of curiosity, where does your arrow sit in relation to your face at full draw. I suspect it's pretty high because I have the same problem with my setup and my feather sits in the corner of my mouth with the string touching the end of my nose.
