Outback speed

What kind of speed are you guys seeing with your outbacks. I shoot a 28 inch draw At 70 #. Have a whisker buisket ,peep, kisser and 5575 goldtips with 100 grain tip. I top out at 261 fps.

Mine is a 30" with a WB , tru peep, and string loop ! Shooting at 69# w/PSE CF 300's @ 350 grains.......mine hit 298 fps !
Have it on 75# now and shooting Axis 340's @ 450 grains and getting low to mid 280's !

O.k this isnt going like I thought so lets open it up a little. I'd like to hear from anyone that shoots a 28" draw with whatever bow you shoot. Come on you bowtech shooters now is your turn to shine.

I just bought an Xtec...28 inch draw, 70lbs, string peep sight(not exactly sure what you call it)...just one that is tied into the string, custom fall away rest, two strings leeches, two limb savers, a tied in knock point, 486 grain Beman ICS 400's(including 100 grain tip)...shooting 282-283 fps.

Stump,Thats some amazing speed from your X-tec,congrats!My LX is perfectly tuned,one string leech,tried nock set,Flechter peep,MZE,W-C string and cable.The limbs are bottomed out,and I'm shooting at 64lbs,with a 30in. draw.My arrows are the Gold-Tip 55-75 Pro-Hunters(cut @ 28in.) weighing in at 389grs.including the 100grs.tips, I'm getting 282fps...Bob

Thanks. I was pretty happy when we got everything squared away on it and then put it through the chrono.
