Which Arizona e-z fletch wouldn't work?
Was it the regular or carbon version?
Dave.

I only have the regular Arizona. A buddy has the carbon one I am going to see if I can borrow it and see if they will fit.

Frank
How much more weight is an Axis shaft over a comparitive spined Easton or Beman ICS shaft?
The 400's weigh 8.95 gpi

Where are you guys buying yours from?
From a pro shop all the drug stores and pawn shops are not stocking them yet

Sorry I could not help myself

I was wondering the same thing as Dave about the Arizona, I have the regular and have been using it for my 340 Evolutions with no problem, I planned on buying the carbon but if they won't work with the Axis I may not bother.

g1.

As soon as I find out if they will fit the carbon Arizona I will post it.

Unless some one else has the carbon AEF and has tried the St Axis in it.

Frank:

Sorry I can't help with the local source. I got mine on line, an ebay deal.

I thought about checking the drug stores, but they are so crowded with other items.

Don't even know where a pawn shop is around here. Don't get into center city Reading or Allentown much.[8D]

How does the price on the axis compare to the Beman ICS? I might have to look into these.

I am not sure what GTs you were using but be sure you are comparing apples to apples. The axis are 75 dollars a dozen. For 85 dollars a dozen you can buy the Gold tip pros which are .001 straightness as opposed to .005 and have a weight tollarance of +/- 1.0 gr. per doz as opposed to 2. To me the 10 dollars is worth the difference.
