I am glad to hear that everything worked out for you John. It sounds like Bowtech really did a great job with customer service and you have shown a great deal of patience. My hat goes off to the both of you.

Hmm...now lets see if I can order a new one....and maybe there will be the wrong riser on it annnnndddd......I can get a new leafy suit too!

John.

What a great end result and the patientence (sp) you have

I have always said this about Bowtech "Great bows from a great company run by great people."

Now on to this statement
I noticed today that they forgot my peep and I never even missed it when I shot it .
You say you never missed it right?
So why put one on?
Get used to using the bow without the peep you will be surprised just how well you can shoot without one once you have thrown that crutch away[:-]

John, welcome to the BOWTECH side of the world, I just noticed a thread on Bowsite where some guy has gone off the deep end because he didn't get a owners manual with his new Bowtech.

HighBow,

I just read that post and my god is that funny. These guys are morons! If someone needs a bow manual to tune their bow, then they shouldn't be tuning it. I just don't see the big deal in it. These guys are saying that this is going to make BowTech a forgotten company in a few years. Holy gosh! When I bought my Hoyt, I didn't get any manual, or a hat, or anything, I just got the bow, not even the box it came in! When I bought my MightyMite, I didn't get anything but the bow because my pro-shop closed down and left before I could get in there to pick up the paper work. My Liberty came in a box, and thats all I need.

Some people get so worked up about little things!

That is awesome. I am glad to see company support there product like that. That is the way it should be. Every company should remeber where there bread is buttered. Customer service is JOB 1. Many companies forget that. My hats off to Jerid and Pat. I am sure that BowTech appreciates your patience nubo.

Once I get a chance to get shooting this bow {Hopefully Wed} I'll post my result's .I'm no technician but I'll give it a go . Onr thing I can tell you that I did notice was just how much smoother it was to draw compares to the 2003 version and the Freak that I had here .I did not shoot it much but I definetly did notice the draw difference. Very smooth.

Nubo,You got great customer service from a company that is fast becoming the #1 bow manufacture in the world, they do have the smoothest bow on the market in my opinion and I'm proud to wear a Bowtech patch on my shirt, thanks Jerid for supplying the patch for my shirts , I didn't get the new Bowtech shirt with my bow but I'm not mad.
