Another Newbe - Bowtech pro38
Hi all. Am considering getting back into Bowhunting after being MIA for about 25 years. I've spent the last couple months reading as much as I can about Bows and Bowhunting. (This site included) Boy things have changed!
I need your help. I have a oppertunity to purchase a Bowtech Pro38 at what I think is a pretty good price. The bow seems to be (looking over the specs on it) just what I'm looking for. But what I don't know is how quiet and smooth it is. These are two areas that I consider very important and will not have the chance to shoot one as there are no bow dealers in my area. Also, I believe this Bow is no longer made by Bowtech.
I was wondering if anyone out there has had experiance with this Bow and could shed some light.
Thanks

RE: Another Newbe - Bowtech pro38
I shot a Pro 38 at my local Bowtech dealer Thursday night, they feel great and shoot fast, I didn't notice anything wrong with the 60lb model that I shot. Another guy had just bought it and had it setup it shot over 300fps.
