Merlin shooters grab three more victories!
Congratulations are in order for the following shooters who shot great in the NFAA Midwestern Sectionals held this past weekend--
Todd Hoffman---Men's Open Freestyle---1st place--Merlin Quest 35
Grant Schleusner--Men's Bowhunter Freestyle--1st place--Merlin Max 3000
Melissa Gibbs--Female Freestyle--1st place--Merlin Supernova

Wow, it would seem the Merlin shooters are really doing well this year...or this is the first I am really hearing about them. Congratulations to them. Winning in any type of archery competition is one heck of an accomplishment.

Thanks guys! My Quest35 seems to be really shooting well- awesome little bow, especially if it can hold its own on the target line with all the high-end target rigs! It was a fun weekend with some great competition.

My scores for the weekend were 58x on Saturday, and 59x on Sunday. The thing that kills me is that on Sunday I shot clean until the LAST arrow, and that 60th arrow was my one missed X. doh!

BHFS was won by Grant Schleusner with some awesome shooting of 59x and 57x.
