Default RE: Arrow Fletching?

I use a little bit of acetone on a clean rag. Wipe the shaft down thoroughly then let it dry. I use fletchtite. Its not recommended for carbons but I find that it works a heck of alot better than bond tite. I use a q-tip dipped in acetone and run it along the bottom of the fletch to clean it off. Then put a think bead of glue on the fletch and leave it in the clamp for 5 min. The first few min. its in the clamp I press it down firmly to make sure I get good contact since I'm putting a putting severe helical on. Then after I take it out of the clamp I put a small drop of glue on the front and back of the fletch. I then let it dry for five more minutes before putting the next fletch on and repeat.
