Arrow Recommendations Please?
I am trying to gain more arrow speed from my bow. Thus far, I have been shooting heavy hunting arrows at spots. I have a 31" draw lenght (29.5" per Archers Advantage) at 60 # and my rest prvides about a 1.5" over-draw. My bow uses a single hard cam. I have been shooting a 32" arrow.
Among the changes I hope to make is to shorten the length of the arrows I shoot by about three inches. I also plan to go to carbon arrows or perhaps the Easton A/C/C or Lightspeed.
I have been using Archers Advantage and the Easton Charts to help me figure this out.
Can anyone validate my thinking and perehaps give me some arrow recommendations?
Thanks in advance.

If you're shooting that much excess arrow, then you definitely don't have an efficient arrow for your bow. That much of your thinking I can validate for you.
Take one of your arrows, draw the bow to the stops and have someone mark the shaft about a half inch in front of where the arrow contacts the rest. That will tell you how short you can go with your arrow length. Then plug your numbers into the charts and see what pops up.
You can't go wrong with ACCs, for sure.

by dropping 3 inches you may be able to move down in arrow spine & pick up some speed. The main thing will be selecting a mid to light weight carbon arrow. A couple of good brands to look at are as follows.
1. Carbon Express CX's
2. CarbonTech Cheetas
3. PSE Carbon Force
4. Easton Lightspeed
5. Easton Redline
6. Beman ICS Hunters
