is this varey bad my bow is set for 55 # the string is fraying a bit but it isent varey bad can i jest wax it down or what

If its just fraying, you can wax it down. However, if you have a broken strand, its a little different. Watch it carefully. One strand wont hurt but you should probably change your sting this summer for next season. If its just frays though, wax it down and call it quits.

how old is the bow and string. sounds like what hunter said. you need to wax your string. if the string is over 2 years old and its an oold bow I'd replace it. you can never wax too much. just saves the life of your string!!! good luck!!
