Default NAP 2000 setup ?

I just installed the rest and it seems to be shooting well. My question is, should the prongs be all the way up at full draw or should they be angled down a bit? My pro shop said to set it up with the rest down some, but the instructions don' t really say, although in the pictures it looks straight up.

I shoot the QT 4000 and my prongs are pointing foward some.

Questions:

When you mean all the way up, are you refering to the prongs being up until they can' t go any further up? Or do you mean they are up, but you can actually still use a finger and push it up a bit more while at full draw?

If you are getting no fletching contact and its shooting good, leave well enough alone I say.

They are all the way up and can' t go up any further. The bow shoots well, but I like tinkering.

Jeff, the best way I' ve found to set up the NAP dropaways is to have the rest fully up, right at full draw. I draw the bow back & have someone mark the cable rod at the rear of the cable slide. Then you can just pull the cables back to the mark & adjust the lifting cable. If the cable' s set too short, it' ll bind the buss cable.
