Jeff, the best way I' ve found to set up the NAP dropaways is to have the rest fully up, right at full draw. I draw the bow back & have someone mark the cable rod at the rear of the cable slide. Then you can just pull the cables back to the mark & adjust the lifting cable. If the cable' s set too short, it' ll bind the buss cable.
