2004 Hoyts......sneak peak!

RE: 2004 Hoyts......sneak peak!
Saw them ysterday. They look really nice: the machining on the new Ultra is way cool. About time they offered a shorter limb and near parallel limb design (Though I' ve been hearing the Hoyt reps deny it as such, LOL). The 2003 bows had a little too much " thump" . Like the new limb popckets too.
Not too crazy about those confounded shoot through riser contraptions though...never did like those things. W/ the cam & a half they couldn' t really offer a shoot-through harness unless they did something similar to what Winners Choice offers. I guess that' s the only way for them to compete with the Fury-X cam Martins. Might be OK for the Pro-Staff but for the guys who actually have to pay for them, the Fury-X bows will likely be a few hundred $ cheaper.
The Viper-Tec & X-Tec should sell really well at the shop. The new bow that replaced the MagnaTec/MT Sport looks very nice too. Looking forward to shooting them.
Overall looks like it' s gonna be a great year for bows in 2004.
