I have been making strings for just a little over 20 years, i look on forums these days, and see a ton of people making them, for me I really only know a handful of people worldwide that can make a string that will not stretch, the peep will not move at all....and their are no shot in times, I am one of those who can make that string, and their are a few others....but most that advertise that super quality string for $60 and under for your $1200 rig....or whatever your rig cost...WATCH OUT....
its like buying the cheapest discounted tires for your Corvette that money could buy....
Yes they work....but end the end they will go flat...
In the archery business I see strings from people that are offering them for $40....REALLY you would put a string on your bow that was discounted....
Not me....I would put nothing on my bow that was discounted.

I charge $89 for my strings because I know what goes into them...and they are proven over the years performance wise.
The action of discounting bow strings just seems crazy, this really goes on, on that forum where they talk alot about archery...you know which one.

anyways...watch for discounted anything for your hunting rigs, the low price could equal lots of disappointment on that special hunt....
