Nice video. I have to fully agree and when I used to shoot IBO with a coach, he told/showed me to use a riser wrist strap and with minimal finger tension on the riser. I wrap my index finger lightly around the riser and use the above described method of back tension for my release using a riser wrist strap. I used this same method also with a thumb release as well as a little finger release. Your release hand will fall back away from the string and your bow hand will allow the bow to fall/roll away in your hand. Allowing for a torque free shot. Will feel funny at the start, but will come to fall into place after a bit and you will not look back. Just takes practice.
