Formula for reduction in speed with increased weight?

Default Formula for reduction in speed with increased weight?

Can someone tell me approx. how much initial speed loss there is, for every 25 gr of weight increase, with an average modern high energy cam?

I' ve always heard apprx. 1 fps for every 3 grains of weight !!

My Hornet loses-

From 350 to 375- 7 fps.
from 475 to 500- 4.5 fps.
