The pse glue, sounds like something I' d like to use, do you have a brand name or location to purchase it?

If the epoxy isn' t working then there' s a problem somewhere (the epoxy could be old, not mixing it correctly, you are not cleaning the inside of the shaft thoroughly, etc). Epoxy is as strong as it gets []

If you' re using a solvent to clean out the shaft, like denatured alcohol, be sure and let the shafts set overnight to let the stuff dry out before gluing the inserts. I was having a heckuva time with inserts pulling out before the dealer at the shop showed me an Easton (or was it Beman??) tech sheet on gluing inserts. I still lose a few with the superglue stuff, but not a single one with 24-hour epoxy. The quick set epoxies aren' t nearly as good.
