I had some time tonight to run your numbers on my OT2 software. If you leave your arrows about 27" long, a .400 spine would be slightly on the stiff side which is perfect for good fixed blade broadhead flight. Maybe a Goldtip 55/75 Prohunter or something along those lines. The shorter you cut your arrows, the higher (or weaker) you could go with the spine, i.e. .450 - .500. This is all assuming a 100 grain tip.
Good luck with your decision. All of the arrow manufacturers have arrow selection charts on their websites to assist you.
