I have a LH 2001 Hoyt Mt Sport. 27.5" draw, 72 lbs, 28.5" Gold Tip XT 5575 with 100 grain tip. I have a No-Peep, 3D Rover rest, string leaches at top and bottom, kisser button and a single nock secured with a small amount of serving. About 2 months ago I got a new string and cables put on. They are Zebra Twist. I originally wanted the Winners Choise but my proshop talked me out of them because of the price and I plan on getting a new bow next year.(I hope)
I knew I had to shoot alot for the string to stretch so for the next 3 weeks all I did was shoot and adjust my sights to get them close enough. I did take all the measurements before I got the new string on and kept track of how much stretch I was getting. After the 3rd week and close to a 1000 shots I wasn' t getting any more stretch and started to shoot OK, not good, but OK. About 2 weeks ago I paper tuned to a bullet hole adjusted my sights again and shot well for about 2 days. Since then half my arrows hit bullseye and the other half are shooting 6 inches low right at 30 yards. Now here is the thing, my measurements haven' t changed for the last 2 weeks, but they are alittle off of my original old string measurements. My ATA went from 36" to 35 3/4" , Brace height 7 5/8" to 7 3/4" ,Top tiller 8 5/8" to 8 1/2" , Bottom Tiller 8 5/8" to 8 3/8" (yes both tillers were the same and now different). I also added the string leaches new to the string which I didn' t shoot with before. Will these little 1/8" differences screw up my bow? Do I have to shoot more and hope for more stretch? Do the string leaches make a differnce? I may of screwed up a measurement and may be off by 1/8" , but I know I didn' t screw all the measurements up. Help me before I throw the bow itself at the target!!!

i don' t like zebras on my bows. i make all my strings ultra cam 50 shots and the sucker never moves tell i cut it off its the best string material i have used. as far as your string it should be alright i check your arrows 6 inches is a lot they may of had a spine change .
