Can anyone help out with what size arrows to shoot with my bow set up? I have a PSE Nova and right now Im shooting 300 grain. I guess what my question is should i go lighter or heavier?

draw length is 28 inches, draw wieght is 64lbs, and im shooting 100 grain broadheads.

I shoot 543 grains, at 60# 29 in DL. Why do you need lighter? Most bow company's recommend a minimum of 5 grains per draw weight, you at the minimum right now.

Your below the min weight for the draw weight.

The min weight you can shoot is 320gr's.

Now why anyone wants to shoot that light is beyond me.

But to answer your question, you need a 400 spine shaft.
