Default How many grain arrow am I shooting?

I hear everyone talk about how many grain arrow they are shooting a lot. How do you tell how many grain arrow? Do you add broadhead weight? Fletching weight? etc. Thanks

Weigh the complete arrow on a digital scale.

I weight it on a powder scale but since it only goes to 500 grains I have to weigh the point and arrow separately then add them together.
