Alright, here they are. I took a rubber mallet and tapped the axle back in as far as I could with out hitting it too hard, but it is still sticking out at least 1/4".

You don't want 5" feathers with light arrows(yours are considered light). They will become unstable at distance(reason is you can't slow a fast arrow down too fast or it becomes unstable) and your groups will open up.At HIGH speeds and light arrows, less is more.BUT,imo,I like 4" feathers for hunting with fixed blade broadheads.Even 4" feathers will adversely affect your groups at LONG range.

Those axles need some attention,no way should they stick out like that. There are spacers missing, get to your shop and get it fixed. That could be your noise, too much moving around up there and this will also make the bow less accurate.

+1, and then I think I'd start shooting 425-450 gr arrows to keep that bow from being WRECKED again.

New strings and work on getting the timing of everything just right. Get as much as you can out of it.

No deer jumps my shots. They never hear it coming. Longer shots forget about it. It's all in getting things to work together. I'd say right now your limbs are fighting each other. All that stuff works best when every thing else is right, not to cover a problem. Don't listen to all that jazz about how timings can't get off.

Ever ride a motor cycle? I had one years ago. The chain strecthed but not evenly so it had a lunge to it which increased the vibrtion and noise. When I replaced the chain the ride was incredibly smoother. I think strings do the same some times.

Just saw your pictures. You got problems. Fix them and then see above post. Wow you got problems. Someone should be spoken to sternly. Whoever put that together is an idiot.

I had the limbs replaced once already because I rolled my jeep down a hill three times and the bottom limb was cracked when I checked it. It was under warranty, no big deal. I took it to my pro shop to have the limbs replaced and they were good about it. Got them in three days and installed them. I watched. I remember that when they put that bottom cam back on, the axle seemed to get stuck. [:@] They did something t make the whole slightly larger, but I can't remember what (not a drill). DO you guys think this is what caused the problem?

That was a problem, but not the problem you are seeing here. They forgot the shims and/or spacers.

Your insurance should have replaced the bow with a new one.Assuming full coverage.

If BOTH axles are like that, I'd be scared to death to shoot that thing. heck, i'd be scared to be within 5 feet of it. Get it to a good shop and have them fix it.
