I couldn't agree more. They are pretty tough, but if you were shooting a drop away, that wouldn't matter as much. Still, in your case, Evan, I would say the 2" blazers are a good choice.

Kodiak: I barely have clearance with the blazer on my Marquis b/c the cable guard too. Is there anything to correct this besides a low profile vane. I would like to think that bowtech/diamond fixed this problem for their 09 lineup

Wow I hate to hear that about the QAD because that is what I am switching to after this season. I might just think about switching vanes altogether.
Any of you had any experience with the new blazer mini's? I noticed they were a little lower profile and was wondering how they steer a fixed blade.
