ya im getting new arrows becasue i got a 300 dollar bike for birthday(it was all i got pretty much) and it was crap and we reuturned it and so now i can get like new arrows, trail cam, and some other stuff

not really. the vanes were crap. all of my practice arrows the vanes are ripped off and they break easy. im gonna get beman ics hunters and get one lumenok to see if i like the lumenoks so i dont loose any more arrows:(

hey jake im just getting one lumenok first to see if i like it and ill let you use it with one of your arrows with your bow becasue they could mess up your accuracy some and slow down your arrow. you can use it and if u sont like it itll save ya 10 bucks. i hope i like the lumenoks though cuz they look awesome

I shot the 4" QS for a while and liked 'em when I first started shooting them but they are expensive and don't hold up well to abuse. I've since switched to 2" Blazers and haven't looked back.

See Evan, Kodiak uses blazers and they work just fine. If I were you, I would go with the 2" blazers.

Your not gonna find anything much more durable than a blazer. They are awesome through a wisker biscuit. Clearance can sometimes be a problem -- as I am finding out.

Yep, I can just barely get them past the cables on my BowTech without having a fletch hit the black bristles of the WB. It's a tight fit, but possible.

I couldn't agree more. They are pretty tough, but if you were shooting a drop away, that wouldn't matter as much. Still, in your case, Evan, I would say the 2" blazers are a good choice.

Kodiak: I barely have clearance with the blazer on my Marquis b/c the cable guard too. Is there anything to correct this besides a low profile vane. I would like to think that bowtech/diamond fixed this problem for their 09 lineup

Had just as much of a problem getting them past the cable without them hitting the right launcher arm on the QAD. The cable clearance on the BowTech requires the fletchings to be shot in a nearly cock feather out attitude in order to clear the cable. That causes the right (4 o'clock) fletching to be lower (5 o'clock) thanthe cock fletch up attitude liked by the QAD drop away. It was a very similar predicament but not insurmountable.

Old Glory but all the binary cam bows that I've seen have minimal cable clearance in order to moderate cam lean.

Wow I hate to hear that about the QAD because that is what I am switching to after this season. I might just think about switching vanes altogether.

Any of you had any experience with the new blazer mini's? I noticed they were a little lower profile and was wondering how they steer a fixed blade.
