I have not used the SST's, but I considering buying some a little while ago to see if I liked carbons. I think you may do better going with the Stalker Extremes because they have internal componets vs. the outserts that the SST's use.

Don't know about SST's but don't buy their
Stalker Xtreme's I did what a bunch of junk.
Broke or cracked every one of them and never got to hunting. They hit target and wiggle
And thats it . And yes they were hitting straight.I thought meybe they weren't so I checked with a paper tune.
Guess you get what you pay for.

I have had very good luck with the stalker extremes, much differnt than fastfires exsperience, but have not shot the sst's.
