Default back tension release

i want to try an actual back tension release,can anyone tell me what a good one to start with would be , i use a fletcher third finger release now. thanks for the help!

I agree with Mr. Doyle about TRUEBall. I' m using the Truetension ultra 4 and I love it. Feels great in my hand and much smoother than the Stans 4-finger I started with.
