I' ve never used them, but I' ve heard that the Winners Choice strings will cause a slight speed loss. It' s just what I read many times from others. It would be worth checking into.

UpNorth, you could try a different peep.(don`t think you will like an 1/8" peep for hunting)

Try taking the string leeches off. I shot my razortec with factory strings(leeches included) then installed my own strings(without leeches) and picked up 3fps.

My razortec is still extremely quiet without the leeches.

BTW, the speeds you are getting are very good for 28 1/2" draw.
