With your setup I think you will be fine. Mar-den makes several heads and there are several in the Vortex lineup, but I think you have plenty of energy to take whitetail deer with any of them.

In the 100 grain Im pretty sure they make 1 1/2 , 2 , and 2 1/2 inch width cut heads .
I am familiar with the 1 1/2 and 2 inch cut heads , shooting 63 lbs and 28 inches , these are excellent heads , and I have had many passthrus with them . one thing to check is their sharpness , I have gotten them straight from the box sharp , and not so sharp , needing a touch on the stone before use , check before use . Also check and make sure the blades swing freely , if they are dirty or slightly bent ,,, opening is much more dificult , when working correctly they open on contact .
Good luck and good hunting , as far as mechanicals go you have chosen a winner
