Default Muzzy Zero Effect Rest Question

Ok, I have a new rest that was put on my bow by the shop. It was shooting great, now the blazers are hitting the rest when I shoot. What adjustment do I need to maketo stop this. It came with a video on how to install this restbut the shop didnt return it and its 1hour and 10 min from the house. If you can help me please let me know. Thanks.

You should shoot "odd" vane up. Even though its a drop away; you should still avoid possible arrow/rest conflicts. Also, what type of bow do you have and whats the drawlength. Those rests are sometimes a little finicky when installed on a shorter draw length bow.
