Default Goldtip arrow question

I am going to be changing my draw length (long story) and will be getting some new arrows.I am going to get Goldtip prohunter arrows like I already have. I am shooting an 82nd Airbourne at 61lbs.with a 125 grain point. The newarrows are going to be cut to 28.5" and my new draw length is 30.5". Are the 5575 Goldtips going to be under spined? According to their chart they should be right but with the 125 grain point and ahard shooting bow like the 82nd I thought I would bounce this question off ofa few experts.

You should be ok at 61lbs. I was shooting the 55/75 with a 125 grain point out of my 82nd at 70lbs. Even though my arrow was 26inches I was borderline just like you will be. Usualy in hunting situations its recomended to go with the stiffer arrow if you are borderline.

You are going to be considerably underspined with an 82nd at 61 pounds shooting those arrows at that length.

Definetlybuy the 75/95's.

The 82nd at 60 pounds will shoot like a 70 pound bow with an IBO rating of about320 fps and needs an arrow spined for such a bow.

Yea, your going to be underspined with your long draw. I suggest the 7595's with 125gr head.

You guys are great and thanks for all of the advice. I ended up going with Carbon Express Maxima Hunter shafts (350's) instead of the 7595 Goldtips. According to the charts this was not quite so close to being "borderline".

Let us know how those Maximas work out. I've heard good things and bad things about them.

Good luck this year!
