Default Portable bow press

I'm looking for a good portable bow press, what do you guys think about the bowmaster portable press, anyone have any experience with it? My bows are all split limb but I see it comes with an adapter.

I never trusted the bowmaster so I made this one from 1.25x.25 steel bar. Cost is about $30 if you buy everything brandy new. It will do split limbs. You will need access to a welder. PM me if youwant more detailed instructions.

I think the Bowmaster works just fine, thankyou. I'm on my second one. First one I had wouldn't adjust for these super short bows today. To be honest about what I think of it? I have a bench mounted press that hasn't been used in at least 4 years. Just sittin there.

And even though I now shoot solid limbs I still use the split-limb adaptors. One thing nice is that it's as portable as you're going to find. Wrap it up and it fits in your hip pocket. Mine is in my bow case all the time.

I just decided to buy this one, we'll see how it works. I'm getting the split limb version with the nice strap heavy duty strap.
