What ticks me off is the local dealers, (cept one who realy isent local) had no clue what the post settingsshould have been,

I'm sorry, but this sounds kinda riduculous. These setting charts are sent to dealers. Even if they do get "lost in the mail" the chart is available as a down to dealers.
