I have QAD Ultra rests on all my bow, and none of them click. You may have gotten one with with a faulty locking cam. It's not quite locked when you pull it to the up position, and then when the cord pulls it back the last 1/4" it clicks in all the way?

I shoot the 2" blazers with a 2 to 3 degree offset using a bitzenburger.I am using a straight clamp and off setting fletch as far as I canand still remain on the shaft.I have never needed a helicalfor BH's the offsetworks great and is usually what is recommended.

What kind of flight are you getting now?
small improvement from the walmart nockoffs, granite i am not professional archer and i am sure my form, torquing my bow, and other things are not helping the matter...but i didn't not see a HUGE difference with accuracy in the arrows that i have now compared to the carbon express arrows.
