I just talked to Rob on the phone, he says that the Left handed models should, as you hold it like you would shoot it, be a string length to the right of the center of the V in the short stop. and the RH models should be opposite. He says that as the bow is shot the string travel will take it to the center if it is set up like this. Well, he was in Cancun for a week, then he has just been hunting and working. Last night we took a ride up to my cabin and then a walk around his prop. We saw a hen at my cabin and jumped a few deer at his.

I was wondering this myself. When I first got my General the supressor was slightly to the left of my strings ( I am right-handed). I decided to move it to center and it shoots great now.

If it's one thing I've learned in 40+ years of shooting bows there are very few things wrote in stone. While some things no doubt work for the bigger % it may not be ideal for Everyone.
Some guys swear by string suppressors just touching while others say they need to be a credit card thickness away from the string.
Bottom line, just because it works for you or even works for most, doesn't make it wrong for someone else if they have their rig set different.
It never hurts to try something different, but don't hesitate to go back to the way something works best for YOU!

First off thanks Dan for getting my surpressor to me right away!! I can say I shot my 101st with with both the factory and the meanV2 togather and then just the meanV2 and it is quieter with just the meanV2!!Dan you need to convince bowtech to just put your's on there bows!! Walt
