Obviously not MeanV, but I've had his suppressors on several of my bows for a few years now... all on the original rubber piece, and I've put a few thousand shots through some with the same stopper...

And, yes -- it's super easy to replace. Just slide it off and slide a new one on.

The stoppers are fairly soft, but also seem to bevery durable. Even though they do last quite a while they can develop a tear or split quick so keep an eye on them.

I do sell replacement stoppers and in my opinion it's not a bad thing to have in your tackle box for a quick change when you need it

Very true, Dan... same concept as our hush kit or string leeches. It HAS to be soft and pliable to be able to soak up the shock and its accompanying vibrations, yet obviously archers want a durable product simulataneously. Finding that "sweet spot" is probably a tough thing for manufacturers to do. I like the idea of having at least one extra stopper around too so that one getting damaged doesn't have the shooter waiting a day or two for a new one to come in. Maybe that's why I've got an extra one in my tackle box, too.
