I have a Golden Eagle Hawk I have not shot in 3 years let tension off limbs to 40 Lbs and stored. Any recomendations before I get it going again.

One of the best thing you can do is have the string replaced, and cables if it's not a metal cabled bow. 3 years of "storage" can dry rot the strings. It's better to do it now than to have a string break without notice or warning while shooting.
