Default TT FC Timing

Have a question I'm hoping someone can answer.

I shot a new TT FC arrow rest. It works well for me. In regards to timing, when should this rest be full up relative to the back wall. Mine comes up in the last inch or so and if I let it creep forward into the valley much, it starts to drop.

Seems like if it comes up too soon though, it would put more tension on the down cable pulling the cams out of time. The bow was recently re-strung, re-timed, and the new rest installed at a good pro shop (best one I have available anyway)and feels great on the draw now....smooth and the let-off seems to be good (~80%)

Most drop aways should be fully engaged 1" from full draw. It will not harm the cable.
