Default Minimum RPM for cutting carbon arrows

Can anyone tell me the minimum RPM for a wheel saw to safely cut carbon arrows?

5000 and 8000 is better. It must be an abrasive blade and not a toothed blade.

Thanks. The saw that I wasconsidering produces 8300, so it should be ok.
