It seems that bow sales are up across the board this year but Hoyt is especially " taking the brunt" with the popularity of their new cam and a half design. If I had to hazard a guess I would probably say that it is the flame pattern that is taking so long.

I agree with Frank, it has something to do with the flame color. My local dealer said Hoyt is almost back to " normal" filling thier special orders, 2 - 3 weeks. Now that is for limb configurations they do not have on the shelf in camo colors, they have not ordered any target colors so he does not know how long the wait is on those.

Under normal circumstances I would agree with reylamb but my local dealer told me yesterday that if I wanted another new Hoyt then I would have to wait for 8 weeks.

The stuff he has on the rack right now is just looking better and better.

It is definately the FLAME color. My girlfriend just ordered a SierraTec in the FLAG pattern and she was told it would be at least 2 months, maybe even longer! Good things come to those who wait.

i feel lucky it only took 3 weeks to get my ultratec and it was worth every day of the wait. Oh So Smooooooth

It took 6 weeks to get my razortec, but it was well worth the wait!
I think all the bow companys are busy filling orders right now.
It' s that time of year, tough waiting though isn' t it!

My dealer called last night its on the way!!! Along with my spothogg hog-it.

If you order a 2003 bowtech mathews or hoyt target you WILL wait 4-8 weeks. that is a fact.

Yup! It' s supposed to be 6 weeks (maybe less) for my Bowtech in a target color.
