Default poundage?

what is better 60-70 pound limbs an turning them down to low 60's or 50-60 an crank it completelyto the max?or does it even matter?

A 60# limb maxed out has a little more preload than a 70# limb backed out to 60# It is not as big a deal as it used to be but I think the 60# limbs will be a little more effecient at 60# than the 70# limbs backed out to 60#

+2. I also think a 50/60 cranked to 60 is a little faster than a 60/70 turned down to 60. Not much, but a little.
