Which Rage are you considering going to? I sure wouldn't switch from a 3 blade Spitfire XP to a 2 blade Rage[8D] You are just falling victim to the advertising hype

I prefer 4 blade holes

I don't know about deer but on hog it didn't penetrate but an inch. They did fly like field points tho

i will say if you try to use them in still hunting and spot/staulk around wooded thicker areas the blades tend to pop out of the "locked" position..then after about 5 days of consecutive hunting the "rubber washer" that locks the blade gets worn down and you have to twist it to get to a piece that is not worn down....they do fly well out to 70 yards, but i will probably not use them on this years archery hunting for that reason
