Think I know your problem. You're underspined. 500's are too weak...A 400 would be MUCH better in spine, and you won't gain much arrow weight at all.

Mobow, I have tried 340's. Do you think this is too heavy and over spined? I still didn't get good arrow flight.

Beat me to it. mobow is right. probably 90% of your problem is an arrow spine that is too light. You should be shooting 400's.

How ould I know this? I shoot a 500 spine at 27" long, 27" draw length and the highest I can get them to shoot with any consistency is about 62#, but with target points. Not with broadheads. When I want to shoot blades I step up to a 400 spine.

Get you some 400's and download a copy of Easton's Tuning Guide from their website. Between the two of them you should be able to get some nice flying arrows-----without aligning blades with fletching. Trust me.
