Default how to determine a bows draw length (not mine)

I'm trying to measure the draw on a bow but I'm not sure where to measure from. I'm guessing nocking point to front or riser? rear fo riser?

If you can,, it's from the apex of the string to the deepest part of the grip---then add 1 3/4". All this at full draw.
