Are my arrows to short?

Are my arrows to short?
I shoot a bow with a 29" draw length. I was talking to someone at Gander Mtn. yesterday and he said your arrows should be cut one inch longer than your draw length. Is this right? My arrows are cut at 28" and thats the length I have always had them cut. And they shoot fine. Could he possibly mean your arrows should be cut one inch shorter than your draw length.

No your arrows are not too short, unless the length along with you choice of Bh's, vanes, ect make your spine too week or much to stiff, both not likely. If they shoot fine for you, nothing wrong with it.

I cut mine the same length as my draw length . Its mostly to match for the weight , foc , and spine I desire .
I used to think foc was of little importance , I was misguided .
