Default Leveling the Arrow

Whe first setting up a bow for tuning I have recently found that you are supposed to level the arrow to your bow. Well, all I have read is that you are suposed to set your nocking point 1/8'' above level. How does this work? Are these two completely different techniques?

It's good to start at level and then adjust from there. My bow works best 1/8" high.

it varies depending on the cam setup. binaries and cam.5's are supposed to be able to be set dead level, but like dave said- 1/8" high probably works best. on single cams usually its around 3/16" high, and even 1/4" on some bows.
