First of all how much, and what kind of bow is it? Year and model would help us a lot to know.

It is a PSE fire flite...and it's probably about 5 years old...he bought it used, so we don't know exactly how old it is.

Rev, he's asking about a sight. Accra was/is a brand of sight.

ths78, you need to find out more about the sight. What kind and model. Target sight or hunting? I don't understand the term "tube" you are using to describe the sight.

If I remember right, Accra quit making sights and very well may have closed it's dors a few years ago. You might be just as well off to write off the sight and just get a new one. Accra wasn't a very poplular hunting sight so parts are likely to be hard come by.

Also, just for your info the FireFlight is a pretty dated bow so your buddy shouldn't be asking too much for it. Want my opinion? $100 for the whole works----tops.

Since you're new to this, you may also want to go to a good archery shop and make sure what bow will fit you. Fit is extremely important if you want to shoot well. You need to get a draw length measurement and you'll want to know what draw weight is comfortable for you to shoot. Expect to pay a small amount to get this information. It will be time and money well spent.
